This sundial can be found in the town of Kirriemuir at the northern end of the cemetery on the Hill of Kirriemuir. The sundial by English sculptor Silas Higgon, is mounted on a four foot high grey granite pedestal of a similar material to the nearby war memorials.
The sundial can be found near the north entrance to the cemetery at the top of the hill and is a few yards to the south of the war memorials.
