Jasníkova studánka byla zbudována v míste pramenného výveru podzemní vody ve svahu pravého brehu bezejmenného pravostranného prítoku Koprivnicky.
Studánku zhotovil Klub ceských turistu, pevecké sdružení a Jednota ceských úredníku na pocest koprivnického rodáka, básníka Adolfa Jasníka (1888–1928), vlastním jménem Adolfa Mícka.


Jasník's well was built in the place of the spring spring of groundwater on the slope of the right bank of the nameless right-hand tributary Koprivnicka.
The well was made by the Club of Czech Tourists, a singing association and the Union of Czech Officials in honor of a native of Koprivnice, the poet Adolf Jasník (1888–1928), in the real name of Adolf Mícek.
