In the town of Keremeos, on the south side of the Crowsnest Highway, between 4th and 5th streets is Memorial Park. This is where one will find Benchmark 83C112.

In the park a walkway leads south off the streetside sidewalk to a cenotaph. Behind the cenotaph is a flagpole, with 83C112 about 3 feet to its west. 83C112 is covered by an iron manhole, the cover of which is stamped 83C112. The cover is firmly fixed in place; we weren't able to remove it to see the benchmark.
