This is quite simply the best BBQ west of the Mississippi. The smoked meats are so good you don't even need the homemade BBQ sauce. From the burnt tips to the cole slaw, everything on the menu is amazing and affordable. My favorite is the BBQ Sundae; baked beans, smoked mac and cheese, your choice of meat, cole slaw on top with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and a homemade pickle slice on top.
