This small dam/weir is located at the south end of Billings Lake, just north of Gooderham, Ontario. The dam regulates flow out of Billings Lake which flows into Billings Creek. Billings Creek then flows south into Gooderham Lake.

The small concrete dam is a wall with a small two foot water outlet at the center. There are several warning signs for boaters around the dam and markers.

The dam can be reached by a public boat launch just off Chinook Drive.

The dam is maintained by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.
