Myrthegård er et natur- og kulturcenter ejet af Esbjerg Kommune.
Centret består af en naturbørnehave, undervisningstilbud til børn og voksne, værksteder, friluftsfaciliteter samt møde- og udstillingslokaler for mange brugergrupper.
Der er udstillinger om fugle, dyr, solsystemet og andet.
Det er muligt for enkelte og grupper at overnatte på stedet i shelters og benytte både bålhytte og køkkenhave. Alt er gratis.
Myrthue og Marbæk Plantage er en del af Nationalpark Vadehavet. Myrthuegård ligger tæt ved Varde Ås udmunding med klint- og kulturspor. Her begynder Verdensarv Vadehavet udpeget af UNESCO.




Myrthegård is a nature and culture center owned by Esbjerg Municipality
The center consists of a nature kindergarten, educational facilities for children and adults, workshops, outdoor facilities as well as meeting and exhibition rooms for many user groups.
There are exhibitions about birds, animals, the solar system and more. It is free to visit the nature center.
It is possible for individuals and groups to spend the night on site in shelters and use both the campfire hut and the kitchen garden.
Myrthue and Marbæk Plantage are part of the Wadden Sea National Park. Myrthuegård is located close to the mouth of Varde Ås with cliff and cultural traces. Here begins the World Heritage Wadden Sea designated by UNESCO.

Visitors should visit the Nature Center and post a photo of themselves (or GPS unit) either inside or outside of the nature center visited. Logs without photos WILL be allowed if a lenghty description of one's visit and a mention of what they learned is included.
