This hospital is as pleasant as an hospital can be. It's a private hospital and it has a set of dependencies (ambulatory clinics) in towns around Loulé.
It's hosted in the former facilities of an old hospital, Hospital da Misericórdia, which were completely renovated and modernized. The old front facade is beautiful although is not in use anymore to get in and out. The access is made through the new gate, in the opposite side of the complex.
It has all the medical specialities as well as 24 hours service.
