Piscina and sedilia in the chancel of St Leonard's church, Aston-le-Walls.

The church is 12th/13th, although mostly early C14. It was restored c.1870 and 1881-2 by J. M. Townsend. The double piscina and sedilia in the south wall of the chancel date from the 13th century.

It appears that the piscina and sedilia may have been reset. The deep rose bowls of the piscina do not align well with the recess sides, and the lancet arch of the larger sedilia is slightly distorted.
