Warmelo castle in Diepenheim has beautyful gardens surrounding it.
Every year sandsculptures are erected for the sandsculpture festival.
In the gardens you can find statues, bridges, ponts, a feasantry, ducks ,pigeons, and many more.
There are two large tubs with boxwood bushes in front of the so-called Bouwhuis. They are pruned in the shape of animals. Here and there in the park are more of these trimmed shrubs. A.o. of chickens and pheasants.
