In may of 2007 the council of Barbadás put this statue in this place.
It is a granitic column aroun 1'6 meters and on the top two bronze heads of a couple of old people: A man and a woman. In the bustes we apreciate the wrinkles from age and clothing they have: coat, beret and scarf.
The bustes are small, of 30 cm.
In front there is a plaque with the tribute, month and year, and coat of the council.
