The Rotary Club of Westfield donated and dedicated the Eternal Light For Peace in Stanley Park on May 24, 1964. A white lamppost has a hexagonal lantern with a light bulb which is always lit. At the green, concrete base of the lamppost is a bronze plaque which is inscribed:
