Seal and fountain are located in the island of Broadway Street at the east entrance of the Texas Tech campus.

The bronze seal is in front of a rectangular fountain. The wall around the fountain is white rock and the fountain is approximately 2' deep. It is approx. 22' wide and 64' long.
There are 14 water spouts spraying water up. It was 26 degrees the day we visited and the frozen water around the spouts was pretty.
