Never saw a dog before, and from the shape of the animal I would judge this to be a Labrador Retriever.
Not a wild guess, since I spent 15 years as an AKC show judge, the silhouette of breeds is rather familiar.
The vane sits almost on the garage roof, the dog just above the directional markers.
