They are open daily from 5 AM to 12 PM, staying another thirty minutes on Friday and Saturday. It's practically SRO in here, with the coffee stand just off to the left of the entrance, and the other drinks in a cooler off to the right. For best results, arrive early for the pick of the proverbial litter.

They have a nice selection of donuts -- there's a photo of the menu in the gallery -- including cake donuts, eclairs, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, and donut holes. What many people erroneously call "kolaches" are actually sausage rolls, and they have a great selection of those, too, including some with cheese and jalapeño and also in jumbo size. They also have breakfast croissants and pastries with cheese and spinach, and the service here is very good.

If you need something a little more than a styrofoam cup of someone else's store brand coffee, there's a Starbucks a few doors down, but be advised that it can be crazy busy in the morning. Also, be careful about parking in front of the donut shop, as that Starbucks drive thru line can keep you sitting for awhile. They're very courteous behind the counter, but that doesn't seem to drift out to the parking lot.
