The Ohrid Red Cross runs the "Water and Mountain Rescue Centre" at lake Ohrid. It uses a big container, that is extended with an additional roof for boats. In summer it is likely more busy with all the tourists on boats, divers and other water sports etc. in lake Ohrid, but we found it in November and behind a fence.
