Instalacja artystyczna przedstawiajaca pociag, znajduje sie tuz obok nowowybudowanej galerii o nazwie "Nowa Stacja".

Chin.

The artistic installation depicting the train is located right next to the newly built gallery called "New Station". It was created on the areas that used to be used by strategic objects for Pruszków and Warsaw. In 1881 the foundation stone was laid on this plot of land for the construction of a factory of Iron Structures and a Boiler House. During the construction of the shopping gallery in 2017, the stone was found:

The factory itself created various objects: from artillery shells to steam machines. After World War I, it housed the Machine Tool Factory, until the next war. During the occupation the Germans destroyed the production halls, but after 1945 the Ponar-Pruszków plant was operating here until 2011, when it was suspended due to too much competition from China among others.

The sculpture is supposed to remind about the rich past of this place. It is located on a preserved fragment of the former wall. Its main part is located on the coordinates, but there is also another fragment, at the end of the old wall. The depicted old train, cut out of rust-like metal material, perfectly contrasts with the modern gallery, which in a sense has become a station for him while being officialy called "New Station".
