Der Millennium-Express ist eine kuppelbare Kabinenseilbahn, die seit dem Winter 1999/2000 das Gailtal mit dem Nassfeld verbindet und in drei Sektionen von Tröpolach in 17 Minuten mitten in das Skigebiet Nassfeld führt. Mit einer Gesamtlänge von 6.001 m ist sie die längste Seilbahn in Österreich und die zweitlängste Seilbahn der Alpen. Vor dem Bau der Bahn konnte das Schigebiet nur mit dem Auto über die Passstraße erreicht werden. Geplant ist auch seit mehreren Jahren eine ähnliche Zubringerseilbahn, die auf der italienischen Seite von Pontebba auf den Berg führt.

The Millennium Express is a detachable gondola lift that has been connecting the Gailtal with Nassfeld since winter 1999/2000 and leads in three sections from Tröpolach to the middle of the Nassfeld ski area in 17 minutes. With a total length of 6,001 m, it is the longest cable car in Austria and the second longest cable car in the Alps. Before the construction of the railway, the ski area could only be reached by car via the pass road. A similar feeder cable car has also been planned for several years, which will lead up the mountain from Pontebba on the Italian side.
