Fairview Road Lineal Park was completed in 2011 converting this once unused area into a nice green space. The plaque is attached to a large stone acknowledging the donation from GURDWARA BHAV SAGAR TARAN: the Oliver – Osoyoos Sikh Temple Society.

There are several dedicated benches, walking paths that feature dessert planting. Just recently added was a sculpture: Okanagan Salmon Chief. A metal sculpture by Indigenous artist Smoker Marchand from the Arrow Lakes Band of the Colville Confederated Tribes from Omak, Washington. Smoker has several other metal sculptures on display throughout Oliver and the surrounding areas.

Also newly added to the Fairview Road Lineal Park is a Dero Bicycle Repair Station including Fixit, which includes all the tools necessary to perform basic bike repairs and maintenance.
