Whilst walking through Den Dungen I saw this unique weathervane. It depicts two cross-cycling riders. In Dutch it is called veldrijden. A little info about veldrijden from wikipedia(I couldn't find out much about the weathervane itself):

In het veldrijden moeten de deelnemers, de veldrijders, met de fiets zo snel mogelijk een afgebakend parcours afleggen. In tegenstelling tot het wegwielrennen zijn grote delen van het parcours niet verhard en rijden de renners door bossen, over velden, sloten en zandwegen. Het is soms nodig de fiets op de schouders te nemen en ermee te lopen, bijvoorbeeld bij te modderige stukken of obstakels. De competitie vindt plaats in de herfst- en wintermaanden. Een wedstrijd bij de professionals duurt een uur. Na twee gereden rondes berekent de organisatie het aantal rondes dat gereden moeten worden, zij proberen zo goed mogelijk een wedstrijdduur van een uur te halen. Dit kan echter iets meer of iets minder zijn. Bij wereldbekerwedstrijden rijdt men iets langer, dan rijden ze ongeveer een uur en nog een extra ronde.

In contrast to road cycling, large parts of the course are unpaved and the riders ride through forests, over fields, ditches and dirt roads. Sometimes it is necessary to take the bike on your shoulders and walk with it, for example in the case of muddy parts or obstacles. The competition takes place in the fall and winter months. A competition with the professionals lasts an hour. After two laps, the organization calculates the number of laps to be ridden, they try to achieve a race duration of one hour as best as possible. However, this can be a little more or a little less. At World Cup races they drive a little longer, then they drive about an hour and an extra lap.
