Sitting in the Oxfordshire Countryside between Woodstock and Chipping Norton the Palindrome can be reach from a number of locations, a short walk from layby parking at the track entrance or a longer walk from one of the nearby villages. The coordinates are a short distance from the path in an area of newly felled and replanted woodland. Access is simple enough with a number of openings leading into the wooded area.
My search for this location was a fairly mathematical one turning my home coordinates into a palindrome and then checking ease of access with online mapping. A few iterations and this likely location was found just a few miles away that looked possible being just a short distance from the footpath in a wooded area.
