A large stone dedicated to Father Bruan Stone, a POW, in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. It was given as a gift from the Philippine government to the state of Arizona.

The plaque says, "This stone came from the Philippine Islands where Father Bruan was a Japanese Prisoner of War. For months, the American Legion Department of the Philippines arranged for the quarrying of this stone and transportation to Arizona."

The plaque is made of bronze which is set in a concrete square. It located at the base of the large stone, around the Father Albert statue.
