Art*o*Mat in Fargo, ND - Art*o*mats on Waymarking.com

Conveniently located near the interchange of Interstates I-94 and I-29, making this art project even more accessible to the public. Artists in Cellophane set out to encourage more people to buy and enjoy artists works. Jeff Knight and Su Legett wanted to do the same in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Knight, an artist and professor of graphic design at Moorhead’s Concordia College and Legett, artist and professor in the visual arts department at North Dakota State University brought a number of people together to bring an Art*o*Mat to the area. The support of Brad and Carol Schlossman of West Acres, The Arts Partnership and local and national artists have placed the Art*o*Mat, maintain the Art*o*Mat and create art for the Art*o*Mat.
