Munkebostien - Munkebo, Denmark - Scenic Hikes on Waymarking.com

Munkebostien er en 20 km lang vandresti, der går rund om byen Munkebo og landsbyen Dræby på Nordøstfyn. Et godt sted at starte er ved parkeringspladsen ved vindmøllerne nord for Dræby.

Undervejs kommer man forbi Munkebo bakke (med 58 meter Østfyns højeste punkt), Odense fjord og Kertinge Nor. Alle tre steder er der fine vandrestier og udsigter. Andre gode steder på ruten er lystbådehavnen Boels bro og vigen Møllekrogen ved Kertinge Nor.

English: Munkebostien (The Munkebo trail) is a 20 km long hiking trail that goes around the town of Munkebo and through the village of Dræby on Northeast Funen. A good place to start is at the parking coordinate by the wind turbines north of Dræby. (It's where the waymark is placed).

Along the way you pass Munkebo hill (with out look-tower and a good view of the area - at 58 meters Østfyn's highest point), Odense fjord and Kertinge Nor. All three places have nice hiking trails and views. Other good places on the route are the marina Boels bridge and the cove Møllekrogen by Kertinge Nor.
