This helipad is on the south side of the Bixby Medical Center Hospital in Adrian, Michigan.
This is restricted to emergency airlift operations.
Dedicated in June 1980 by the Rotary Club of Adrian, this helipad is 40 x 40 feet / 12 x 12 meters and made of concrete. It has a beacon light that flashes Clear-Green-Yellow, an unlite windsock, and perimeter flood lights.
The helipad is surrounded by a low hedge. It is 15feet from the public sidewalk of Riverside Drive, along the edge of the emergency room parking lot (with its own dedicated sidewalk into the ER entrance door), and is observable in the public parking area 50feet to the west.
