Ta strefa "Free Graffiti" znajduje się w tunelu ulic B. Chrobrego oraz Globusowej. Na miejscu można zobaczyć bardzo wiele różniących się od siebie graffiti, rozmieszczonych na długości 230 metrów, które w tym miejscu mogą być tworzone bez ograniczeń, zgodnie z prawem.
