"Manuel Reboredo, 1905-30.

Its swans, reeds and cattails convey the exoticism of the screens and fans of the Philippines, Java and other Indonesian islands, which sailors and travelers brought as gifts to Europe.

It is flanked by two houses decorated with geometric motifs, inspired by the Moorish architecture of southern Spain."
