This Council is comprised of Chief Logan, Nittany Mountain, Oneida, and Shawnee Districts.

This 200 acre camp is open year-round to both Scouting and non-Scouting groups. It has both rustic and modern facilities, a swimming pool, a lake, dining hall, chapel, activity field, campfire circle, shooting sports area, pavilions, and tent and cabin sites.
