LEGO er en familiekoncern som blev grundlagt af Ole Kirk Christiansen i 1932. Oprindeligt blev der lavet trælegetøj men i 1949 blev plasticklodsen med det geniale byggesystem opfundet. Legoklodsen er så populær at kopiproducenter hvert år laves kopier af byggestemet.
Efterhånden er virksomheden udviet til også at have en forlystelsespark som hedder LEGO land.
Hovedkvarteret i Billund er et meget specielt byggeri. Hvis man ser det fra oven, ligner det Lego klodser der er bygget sammen.

LEGO is a family group which was founded by Ole Kirk Christiansen in 1932. Originally wooden toys were made, but in 1949 the plastic brick with the ingenious building system was invented. The Lego brick is so popular that copy manufacturers make copies of the brick. Gradually, the company has expanded to also have an amusement park called LEGO land.
The headquarters in Billund is a very special building. If you look at it from above, it looks like LEGO bricks.
