Bedré Fine Chocolate is found right by the Chickasaw Welcome Center, and is owned by the tribe. Visitors can view the entire length of the manufacturing floor from behind a long glass wall. There are no free samples, but plenty to chocolate from which to choose in the shop. No appointment is necessary; just go in and watch the chocolatiers in action. According to the hostess, they no longer take groups into the actual factory due to health and safety regulations, but you can see the yellow lines that the groups followed in days past.
