Die Infotafel "Waldheimat" die sich unweit des "Knogl" aufgestellt ist, informiert über den bedrohten Lebensraum von Luchs uns Auerhahn
Der Naturlehrpfad beginnt in St. Englmar, Ortsteil Predigtstuhl und geht über die 3 Tausender Predigtstuhl (1024 m), Hochberg (1025 m) und Knogl (1056 m).
Der Ende Juli 2015 fertig gestellte Naturlehrpfad mit 24 Stationen/Info-Tafeln führt von St. Englmar, Ortsteil Predigtstuhl weitgehend auf dem Prämiumwanderweg Goldsteig über 3 Tausender. Am Predigtstuhl erwartet den Wanderer ein Panoramablick in Richtung Norden und am Knoglgipfel in Richtung Süden.
Der Rundweg enthält neben den Info-Tafeln auch spielerische Erlebnispunkte für alle Altersgruppen. Weite Wälder, wilde Felsengipfel, lichte Wacholderheiden und sonnige Heidelbeer-Bergwiesen ergeben eine abwechslungsreiche und lehrreiche Wanderung.

The information board "Waldheimat", which is set up not far from the "Knogl", provides information about the endangered habitat of the lynx and the capercaillie
The nature trail begins in St. Englmar, district Predigtstuhl and goes over the 3 thousand-meter Predigtstuhl (1024 m), Hochberg (1025 m) and Knogl (1056 m).
The nature trail completed at the end of July 2015 with 24 stations / information boards leads from St. Englmar, district Predigtstuhl, largely on the premium hiking trail Goldsteig over 3 thousand meters. At the Predigtstuhl, hikers can expect a panoramic view to the north and at the Knoglgipfel to the south.
In addition to the information boards, the circular route also contains playful adventure points for all age groups. Vast forests, wild rocky peaks, light juniper heaths and sunny blueberry mountain meadows make for a varied and instructive hike.
