Cette église est en béton et en briques. Au dessus du porche occidental se trouve une mandorle où figure Dieu le Père. La façade est surmontée du clocher, flanqué de deux imposantes tourelles d'escalier, les trois tours représentant les trois anciens villages de Fresnes, Montauban et Mauville. Les flèches du clocher et des tourelles sont en ciment et ont été peintes en blanc en 2002-2003 à l'occasion de la rénovation de l'extérieur de l'église.
[EN] The original church was destroyed during World War I.
This church is in concrete and brick. Above the West porch is the figure of God the Father in a mandorla. Above the facade is the bell tower, flanked by two imposing turrets, the three representing the three former villages of Fresnes, Montauban and Mauville. The spire and the turrets are of cement and were painted in white in 2002-2003 as part of the renovation of the exterior of the church.
