In the period starting mid 2020 the old Bloemenoord flats were demolished and new apartments will be built.

The project started by demolishing the old flats (juni 2020). The first 2 new flats have been built (mid 2021). The remaining 4 flats will be finalized by 2024.

The new names for the two locations (3 flats each) are Salvia Park and Magnolia Park. The apartments of Salviapark will replace Distel I, II and Valerian. The apartments of Magnolia Park will replace Larix I, II and Maple.
These are the features of the new apartments:

250 apartments
Affordable (almost all below the housing allowance limit)

Suitable for longer independent living
Various floor plans and sizes
