The Charles Town Race Track opened in 1933 and was the first track in West Virginia to open after gambling on races became legal. The grand stands cover the majority of the front stretch and today the Track is hosted by the Hollywood Casino that was added to the complex. To enter the track, you now go through the casino and there is multiple entrances and parking places.
