She's life-sized in the sense of "She stands as tall as the average human being," maybe about six feet or so. Lady Liberty does stand on a wooden pedestal, but it's not a replica, and it's more in line with the restaurant's decor. A notable difference is that the flame on her torch has been replaced by a large hamburger that is circled by red and blue neon lights. You really need to come through the entrance and the second set of doors in order to get a good photo, although a peek is certainly possible from outside. They're open daily from 11:30 AM to 9 PM, 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
