From the Maryland inventory website, "The William Moore House is a good example of a pre-Civil War owner built house, of which there are many in Havre de Grace, It is a two story frame structure with an ell containing a two story porch in the south wall and has a view of the Susquehanna River where it flows into the Chesapeake Bay."
