The Big Bend Bird Viewing Platform is located just west of the Kinzua Dam along the Allegheny River in Allegheny National Forest in Warren County, Pennsylvania. The platform was dedicated in 2010 and is a good spot for sighting a variety of birds along the river. The platform has a sight for viewing, along with interpretive boards that give information about the common birds in the area. The platform and signs can be accessed by following the sidewalk west from the nearby visitor's center.

One sign, titled "Look! There's an Eagle!" explains the history of the Bald Eagle in the U.S.A., as well as information about their local habitat, life span, and how to identify them. There is also a part of the sign that describes Osprey, which are also found in the area.

The other sign is called "Water Birds Along the Allegheny River." This sign describes four birds common along the Allegheny, including the Belted Kingfisher, Great Blue Heron, Canada Goose, and Common Merganser.
