Building located in the historic center of Betanzos, in a modernist style, built in the 20th century (1918), under the direction of the architect Rafael González Villar and the patronage of the García Naveira brothers, benefactors of the town. The work has a composition articulated in three heights. Profusely decorated, the alternation of Corinthian columns with a balustrade on the top floor stands out.
