This place started as a Food Truck in Grapevine in May of 2015.
It opened in this location in May of 2019.
They started serving breakfast in fall of 2019.
From their website:
"Every piece of beef we serve is from Wagyu (Tajima, Japanese Black) cattle only. Our beef is rated above prime, all natural, and sourced right here in Texas!"
The local "Eats Beat" writer in the local newspaper (Star-Telegram) says that this is the first Fort Worth restaurant to start as a video series. (There's 13 videos on YouTube that explain all about the place.)
They sell the seasonings used at the restaurant under the "Dirty Dalmation" name.
