Nittany Mountain, a part of the Appalachian Mountain range, has an elevation of 2,077 feet. It is visible from much of the Penn State campus. It is a common activity to climb Mt Nittany to view campus from there. It is not a technically difficult climb and there are several trails to reach the top.

The coordinates are for the trailhead. The default photo is the view of the mountain from the top of Beaver Stadium.
