The small bear, the one of wood, is hand carving of a small bear hunkered down inside a hollow tree stump. It has been stained with a redwood type stain. The bottom potion of the statue is still unstained and is recognizable as oak.

The big white bear looks like it might be his tombstone. The reddish bear is a wood carving of a bear head, placed next to the grave site.

The large bear, standing on his hind legs, is scratching his back-side against a broken tree stump, and the small bear is peaking out of a hollow tree stump.
