Conoco / Phillips 66 (they merged in 2002) has a large complex in Ponca City. In front of the administration building that faces Highway 60 four flagpoles fly the flags of the USA, the State of Oklahoma, Phillips 66, and Conoco.
The Conoco musuem is near the location from where these photos were taken. It's free and worth an hour of your time.
