Set just back from Great Island Road, beyond a lightly but deliberately landscaped plot, the white office door on the narrow end of an unassuming, sky blue, former ice house leads to the desk. All the action happens a few steps away at the Point Judith docks behind the building where the bottom trawlers offload their "just in time" catch and the employees process 200,000 skate strings for lobster traps annually.
