"La Casa de Pollán is on Avenida de La Marina and is one of the most representative buildings in Sada, which is not lacking in detail: neither in its balconies nor in its carpentry, nor in its columns. It was built in 1920 as stated in the inscription that is preserved in the upper part.

There the Pollán family lived, leaving the ground floor to serve as a wine warehouse. Not a trace of wine in a basement that today has been transformed into modern offices."
