This parking area is one of the easier to access.
"State Game Lands No.33, comprising 17,583 acres, is located in southwestern Centre County south of Philipsburg. The terrain is primarily high plateaus, and is primarily forested. Several small trout streams traverse the property. The most prevalent wildlife species are bear, deer, turkey, squirrel and ruffed grouse."
