The shelter is dedicated to the National Citizen Service, a government agency to help 16 to 17 year olds with life skills.

Their website says the following... "We exist to engage, unite and empower young people, building your confidence so you can go out there and achieve your dreams, no matter where you’re from or what your background is."

The design of the shelter has a number of brightly coloured panels together with a number of inspirational slogans, such as 'BE BOLD BE BRAVE' and 'DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY'.

Examples of the colourful panels are an underwater scene featuring an octopus, a scene with bees visiting flowers and hot air balloons in the air.
Location:
The bus stop is outside Wetheralls Plastic Company on Selby Road near to the junction with Mill Street.
