"Although it is known as the pyramid of Cobá for being the name of the city, its true name is Nohoch Mul. This has a total of 120 steps and a height of 42 meters, a fact that makes it the highest in the Yucatan Peninsula. It is a very steep construction, but one can be climbed to contemplate magnificent views over the jungle. In the area we also find lagoons and other archaeological complexes that can be explored on foot, although there is a pedicab service that takes care of the transfer to the different areas. There are also different street stalls to buy souvenirs or just a snack."
