The Chapel is a Belgian National Monument. According to their site:
"Chapel designed by J. Ritzen, begun in 1941, completed in 1954.

Octagonal brick building under a constricted slate tent roof, marked by sandstone wall band, cordon and sills. Rectangular wall openings with six unsigned stained glass windows. Pointed wooden dome vault. Polychrome wooden statue of Our Lady with Child."
