The onion-shaped dome with a mosaic installed on 31 August 2016 makes the gas chimney unique and shines with its shiny mosaics and golden colors far behind the building.
Kunsthof Eibenstock was established in 2009 from the site of a former embroidery factory and a de artistic courtyard was created. The new owners were inspired by the architecture and philosophy of artists Friedensreich Hundertwasser and Antonio Gaudí. This exemplary diversity of shapes and colors has become a guide for the design of the Kunsthaus and especially the new Hundertweltenhaus. In the Kunsthof there is a colorful Kunsthaus and a strikingly colorful Hundertweltenhaus. An outdoor park with a water landscape and an edible garden with many artistic details was created in 2016. Hundertweltenhaus offers the opportunity to spend a holiday in a foreign culture. The Indian, Japanese, Peruvian, African and Indian-style apartments are lovingly decorated in a country-typical manner.
The center for self-determined health, art and joy of life is located in the Kunsthaus. There are spacious seminar and function rooms with a workshop kitchen and a yoga center. Concerts, film evenings, lectures and seminars, creative courses, dance lessons, yoga classes and cooking and baking workshops are held regularly.
