You find this treasure on your way into Lone Elk Park. They have many Aviaries to view and many were Eagle Scout Projects. After visiting the birds you can see Elk and Bison in Lone Elk Park.
"About the Sanctuary. World Bird Sanctuary rests peacefully on 305 acres of Missouri hardwood forest, next door to Lone Elk County Park and the Chubb Trail. We feature free seasonal shows, nature trails, educational programs and picnic pavilions.
