The Downtowntown Greensboro Historic District is bounded by Elm, S. Davie, S. Green, and E. and W. Washington Sts., in Greensboro, NC. It includes many structures, such as the historic Carolina Theatre. It is an area rich in history, including sites such as the site of the historic Woolworth lunch counter sit-ins in February of 1960.
Currently, downtown Greensboro is home to businesses, residences, shops, and museums.
